My experience was marred by a lack of communication regarding dinner arrangements which led us to a frustrating situation upon arrival, as the local restaurant had no space for us. we encountered issues with the internet, preventing card payments, causing unnecessary delays in our travel plans. The room was quite warm during our stay, and the absence of air conditioning made for an uncomfortable night.

the so-called wifi was an absolute joke, making payments impossible. after driving for hours, we arrived to find our dinner reservation wasn’t secured, just peachy. Honestly, i almost thought to leave a decent review, but when i asked for a fan, it never came. Disappointing service in a 'superior' room surpasses all expectations, or should i say, lack thereof.

i had a great stay at the chateau. the beautiful grounds and freshly cooked meals exceeded my expectations. waking up to the stunning countryside view was simply bliss.
